What to Expect at the Workshop
It starts with a service inquiry and bicycle intake, followed by a mechanical inspection to identify what needs attention. We explain the findings before any work begins so you can review the scope and approve the next steps with confidence.
Our general servicing covers safety inspections, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. For more involved work, we prepare a custom quote based on the condition of the bicycle and the scope of repair.
Clear inspections, practical repairs, and careful follow-up
Cycle Savvy handles everyday bicycle servicing with a straightforward process from intake to final check.
If extra work becomes necessary during the repair, we ask for approval before continuing. Parts are ordered only after compatibility and price are confirmed, and availability can affect the schedule for larger jobs.
After the repair and adjustment stage, every bicycle goes through a quality check and a post-service function check. When you collect your bicycle, we provide a clear service summary so you know what was completed and what was noted for future maintenance.
